At Service First Title, our philosophy of service extends to the community we live and work in.

 

We work with a number of community development corporations and other organizations committed to removing blight, creating, and preserving affordable housing opportunities in the greater Memphis area.

 

For nonprofits involved in community development, we will waive our closing fee as long as a policy of title insurance is purchased at the closing of the transaction.
