Our People

Service First Title & Escrow, LLC was formed in April, 2004 by Janine F. Heiner.

In 1999, Janine received her Juris Doctor degree from New College of California School of Law in San Francisco—the oldest public interest law school in the country. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

After leaving law school, Janine spent four years working as a commercial escrow/closing officer and national commercial  underwriter with First American Title Insurance Company.

Janine has extensive experience in complex, multimillion-dollar, multi-site, multi-state commercial real estate transactions,  multifamily residential properties, shopping centers and shopping malls, and properties leased to the United States Postal Service.

Service First Title & Escrow carries $500,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance covering its actions as a title agent, title searcher and abstracter, and escrow/closing agent.
